Pricing Errors and Order Cancellation

- Possibility of Pricing Errors: The User accepts and acknowledges that, due to failures in the automated upload process, the published price for a product may be incorrect or manifestly erroneous (e.g., an unusually low or high price that does not correspond to the actual market value).
- Right to Rectification and Order Cancellation: Should an error be detected in the published price of a product, either before or after an order confirmation, leocaraudiotint.com reserves the right to:
a. Notify the customer of the error and offer the option to purchase the product at the correct price. b. Unilaterally cancel the order, even after an email confirmation has been sent or a charge has been made to the payment method.
Refund of Funds: In the event of an order cancellation under point 3.b, leocaraudiotint.com will proceed to issue a full refund of the amount paid by the customer for the affected product(s) as quickly as possible. The customer accepts that the refund of the payment is the sole and exclusive compensation for the order cancellation due to errors in price publication.

Products listed are subject to availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer options: wait, change the product, or receive a refund.
Liability
Leo’s Car Audio Tint is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation performed outside our workshop.
The use of purchased products is the customer’s responsibility.
